Terms and Conditions of Use

⚠ IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT AUTOMATIC RENEWALS

Some features of the SlimTeam service are offered through automatically renewing subscriptions.
Before starting a free trial or completing a purchase, please carefully read Section VIII — SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENT, as it explains how recurring billing works.

To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or current billing period ends.
If you do not cancel in time, your subscription will automatically renew and the applicable fee will be charged.

  • If you purchased through the Apple App Store, all refunds must be requested directly through Apple.

  • If you purchased through the Google Play Store or our website, contact us at support@slimteam.pro.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Failure to use the services after purchase does not entitle you to a refund.

Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.


⚠ DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION NOTICE

Section XV contains a binding arbitration agreement that affects your legal rights.
By accepting these Terms, you agree that:

  • most disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court;

  • you waive your right to a jury trial;

  • you waive your right to participate in a class action;

  • you may opt out of arbitration by following the steps described in Section XV.

I. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”) and:

regarding your access to and use of SlimTeam’s mobile applications, websites, and related services (“Service” or “App”).

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must:

  • stop using the Service,

  • delete your account, and

  • cancel any active subscriptions.

These Terms are written in English. In case of conflict between translations, the English version prevails.


II. PAYMENT PROCESSING

SlimTeam subscriptions or digital products purchased via the website may be processed by third-party payment partners acting as authorized merchants of record.

Purchases made through:

  • Apple App Store follow Apple’s billing rules

  • Google Play Store follow Google’s billing rules

  • Website purchases are processed by our authorized payment processors

For all website transactions, TOP ONLINE FINDS LLC is the contractual entity.


III. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS

No Medical or Healthcare Services

SlimTeam provides general fitness and wellness guidance, not medical advice.
We do not offer:

  • medical diagnosis

  • treatment or prescriptions

  • mental health services

  • nutritional therapy requiring professional licensing

All content is informational only and should not replace consultation with a licensed doctor.

Always consult a physician before beginning any fitness or nutrition program, especially if you:

  • are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication

  • have injuries or chronic medical conditions

  • have been advised against certain activities

Emergency situations must be handled by contacting local emergency services.
Your use of the App does not create a doctor–patient or therapist–client relationship.

Accuracy of Information

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all exercises, instructions, calorie estimations, or nutrition data are complete, precise, or current.

No Guarantee of Results

Your progress depends on personal effort, genetics, health conditions, and lifestyle.
We do not guarantee:

  • weight loss

  • strength gains

  • physical transformation

  • any specific outcome

Testimonials are illustrative and not predictive.


IV. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access SlimTeam, you may need to create an account and provide accurate information.

By registering, you confirm:

  1. all information you provide is true and current;

  2. you will keep your account updated;

  3. you comply with all applicable laws.

Age Restriction

The Service is available only to users 18 years or older.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us at: support@slimteam.pro.

We are not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or show signs of fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.


V. USE OF THE SERVICE

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, software, and materials in the Service belong to the Company or its licensors.

License

You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

User-Generated Content

If you submit content (photos, comments, messages, etc.), you grant the Company a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, adapt, and display such content for operational and marketing purposes.

Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

Reviews and Testimonials

If you submit reviews or feedback, you grant us permission to use them in any media.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • attempt to reverse-engineer the App

  • share harmful, illegal, or infringing content

  • interfere with the Service’s security

  • use bots or scraping tools

  • use the Service for commercial purposes

  • impersonate others

  • violate any applicable law

Violation may result in account termination.

Availability

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.


VI. COACHING SERVICES

SlimTeam may include automated or human-supported coaching features. These services:

  • do not provide medical advice

  • are intended only for general fitness and wellness support

  • may use anonymized or AI-generated avatars, images, or names

  • may change or evolve at any time

You must consult a healthcare professional before applying coaching suggestions.


VII. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for:

  • their content

  • their privacy practices

  • damages caused by them

Your interactions with third parties are at your own risk.


VIII. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENT

Subscription Options

SlimTeam offers subscription plans with different durations and pricing depending on region and promotions.

Automatic Renewal

All SlimTeam subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Cancellation Rules

  • Apple App Store → cancel via your Apple ID subscriptions

  • Google Play Store → cancel via Google Play subscriptions

  • Website purchases → cancel via email or account portal

Deleting the app does NOT cancel your subscription.

Refunds

  • Apple refunds must be requested through Apple

  • Google Play & website refunds → support@slimteam.pro

  • Website purchases are generally non-refundable, unless required by law

EU/UK Withdrawal Rights

Residents of the EU/UK may withdraw within 14 days, unless they have already consented to immediate service delivery.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend or terminate your account.


IX. MINUTE BALANCES (If Offered)

Some features may use prepaid “minutes” for coaching.
Minutes:

  • have no monetary value

  • are non-refundable

  • may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violations


X. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using SlimTeam, you confirm:

  • you are 18+

  • you will not use bots or automated tools

  • you are not on U.S. restricted lists

  • you are not in embargoed regions

  • you comply with all laws


XI. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

SlimTeam is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted service

  • accuracy of information

  • expected results

  • error-free performance

Some jurisdictions do not allow warranty disclaimers; in such cases, your rights remain.


XII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim or USD $100, whichever is greater

California residents waive California Civil Code § 1542.


XIII. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TOP ONLINE FINDS LLC from claims arising from:

  • your use of the Service

  • your violation of these Terms

  • your content submitted

  • your unlawful actions


XIV. INTERNATIONAL USE

You access the Service voluntarily and must comply with local laws.
We make no guarantees that the Service is lawful in your territory.


XV. DISPUTE RESOLUTION — BINDING ARBITRATION

This section dramatically affects your legal rights.

Most disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court.
Class actions and jury trials are waived.

A detailed arbitration process is included:

  • mandatory pre-filing notice

  • 60-day informal resolution period

  • individual video conference requirement

  • arbitration administered by NAM

  • mass arbitration procedures

  • opt-out option (within 31 days of acceptance)

XVI. EEA & UK RESIDENTS

You retain all mandatory consumer rights in your country.

Legal disputes may be brought in the courts of your habitual residence.

Governing law: England & Wales, except for mandatory consumer protections.

XVIII. LIMITATION ON CLAIMS

Any claim must be filed within 1 year of the event giving rise to it.


XIX. MISCELLANEOUS

  • Failure to enforce rights is not a waiver

  • If any clause is invalid, the rest remain in effect

  • These Terms represent the entire agreement

  • We may assign rights to affiliates or successors

  • Electronic communication has full legal force

  • Force majeure applies

Special terms apply if using SlimTeam on iOS. Apple is not responsible for the Service and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.

If purchased via Google Play, Google Play Terms apply in conflicts.
