Refund Policy

To the extent permitted by applicable law, all purchases of SlimTeam subscriptions and digital products are final and non-refundable, except when expressly stated in this Policy or when local consumer laws require refunds.


1. VOLUNTARY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE (Website Purchases Only)

If you purchased SlimTeam directly on our website and you were shown a “Money-Back Guarantee” during checkout, you may be eligible for a voluntary refund — only if all the conditions below are met:

✔ 1. You must contact us within 30 days

Send an email to support@slimteam.pro within 30 days of your first purchase and before your subscription period ends.

✔ 2. You must have followed the plan for 14 consecutive days

You need to demonstrate that you tried the program as instructed.
Your refund request must include:

  • screenshots or screen recordings of your workout history,

  • proof of your daily adherence for 14 days,

  • visible progress tracking logs inside the app.

✔ 3. Your request must be approved

Our team will review your submission and notify you by email whether the refund has been granted.


⚠ IMPORTANT — WHEN THE MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE DOES NOT APPLY

The voluntary Money-Back Guarantee cannot be used in the following situations:

  • Personal preference reasons:
    (for example: “I didn’t like it”, “it wasn’t what I expected”, “I changed my mind”)

  • Financial misunderstandings:
    (e.g., “I didn’t know it was a paid service”, “I didn’t know it would renew”, “I didn’t realize the trial would convert into a subscription”, “I do not authorize automatic charges”)

  • Cases where the user did not follow the 14-day minimum usage requirement.

Only requests meeting all the criteria above will qualify for a voluntary refund.


2. GENERAL REFUND RULES

If you do not meet the voluntary guarantee requirements, all paid fees are non-refundable, unless your local law grants additional consumer protection rights.


3. COUNTRY-SPECIFIC CONSUMER RIGHTS

🇺🇸 United States — Residents of Certain States

If you live in California, you may cancel your purchase until midnight of the third business day after the transaction and receive a full refund.

Other state-specific rights may apply as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.


🇪🇺 European Union & UK Residents

If you are an EU/EEA/UK consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, unless you have:

  • received immediate access to digital content, and

  • expressly agreed to waive your withdrawal right.

Withdrawal periods:

  • 14 days from the date of purchase

  • If you had a free trial: 14 days from the trial start date

To withdraw, email support@slimteam.pro stating your decision.
Using the model withdrawal form is optional.

If you withdraw within the period:

  • we will refund all payments within 14 days

  • using the same payment method used originally

  • without additional fees

If you consented to immediate service delivery and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right, refunds may be proportional or unavailable (depending on the type of digital service).


🇧🇷 Brazil Residents (Direito de Arrependimento)

Under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC), you may cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.

If you exercise this right:

  • we will refund the full amount paid,

  • using the same payment method,

  • without undue delay.

4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

If purchased via Apple App Store

Apple manages all refunds for App Store purchases.
Follow the instructions at: https://support.apple.com/

We cannot process or override Apple’s refund decisions.


If purchased via Google Play Store or SlimTeam Website

Email our support team at:

  1. the email address used during purchase

  2. the order number (if available)

  3. the reason for your request

  4. any required documentation (for voluntary refunds)


5. WHEN REFUNDS CANNOT BE PROVIDED

We cannot provide a refund when:

  • you request a refund outside of the legal or voluntary refund windows

  • you did not purchase directly from our website

  • you simply deleted the app

  • you forgot to cancel a trial or subscription

  • you experienced temporary technical issues that were later resolved

  • you used the service after initiating a withdrawal (EU/UK regulations)
